With 256 numbered pages, and with 262 illustrations, some full page or double-page, including 138 full-color plates and 21 line drawings, all on heavy coated stock. An immensely clean volume, and very tight, with little hint of shelf life. Almost certainly unread. No remainder marks. Lovely full-pictorial DJ, unclipped and virtually rubbed.
